Cuscuz tapioca
known also as "couscous of mais", is a poor dish, easy to make and very nourishing. Inheritance of nord-african cuisine.
Ingredients :
- 250 grams of tapioca
- 1 liter of milk
- 5 tablespoons of sugar
- 5 tablespoons of grated coconut
- 1 glass of coconut milk
- ½ pack of flaky coconut to sprinkle
- 1 can of condensed milk to decorate
Instructions
Put the milk in a pan and cook until it gets hot. Add a tapioca and the sugar, stirring constantly until it boil.
Cook until it thick well. Add the coconut milk, stirring constantly.
Grease a pudding pan with soybean oil and mix. Refrigerate.
Take it out of the pan and place it on a plate.
Pepper with condensed milk and sprinkled with grated coconut.
