Mousse di maracuja:
brazilian recipe based on pulp and juice of maracuja
Ingredients :
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 can of concentrated passion fruit juice (as a measure of canned
condensed milk) - 1 package of unflavored white gelatine
- 1 pack o 200 ml of sour cream
Imstructions
In a bowl mix the passion fruit juice and a tablespoon of gelatin, dissolved in a water bath with 3 tablespoons of water. Leave one part. Beat the sour cream to make it firm. Add the passion fruit juice and gelatin and stir gently. Pour into a baking dish or into glasses and refrigerate so that everything is in the right consistency. Serve very cold.
