Moqueca de camarao

Moqueca de camarao:

stew of shrimps, one of the classical dishes of brazilian cuisine.

Peel the shrimps, wash them, dy them and put them in a bowl. Season with salt, add the lemon juice and add three cloves of garlic. Put in the rerigerator to marinate for at least half an hour. Peel the tomatoes, removing the seeds and cutting into pieces. Chop the bell peppers, thinly sliced onions and finely chop a parsley. 

In a large pan put the oil palm, onion, tomato, peppers and parsley. Turn on the gas and cook to form a nice sauce. Add the shrimp, cook and prepare the white rice or rice pilaf. 

Once the shrimp is cooked add it in the moqueca or coconut milk, boil and turn off after a few minutes.
