Ingredients :
- 1/2 pund of black beans
- 5 boiled eggs cut into squares
- 1 large diced onion
- 5 cans of tuna without oil
- parsley
- salt and pepper
- oils and vinegar
Instructions
I left the beans soaked from one day to another.
I put it to boil in a pan and let it cook. I ran out after 25 minutes.
I put a bowl of onion, beans, tuna, eggs, parsley. Season with salt, pepper, oil and vinegar.
Cover everything very well and never serve before at least 4 hours to mix the flavors.
Serve and taste with pleasure.
